Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026
These terms govern your use of MyRentals360, property management software for UK landlords.
1. Agreement to these terms
MyRentals360 is a trading name and product of Natanzi Group Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and account registration
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you register on behalf of a company or partnership, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. Information you give at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly at support@myrentals360.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. What the service is
MyRentals360 is software that helps you record and organise properties, tenancies, compliance records, documents, tasks and rent information, and shows indicators such as reminders and a portfolio health score.
5. MyRentals360 is software, not professional advice
MyRentals360 does not provide:
- legal advice
- tax advice
- accounting advice
- financial or investment advice
- regulated property management or letting agency advice
Compliance dates, reminders, portfolio health indicators, rent schedules and similar features are organisational tools only. They may be incomplete or out of date, and they do not tell you what the law requires in your circumstances. You remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, tenancy requirements, licensing, tax obligations and property safety requirements, and for taking your own professional advice where needed.
6. Subscriptions and plans
The service is offered on the following monthly plans, each with a limit on the number of active properties you can hold:
- Free — £0/month (1 property)
- Essential — £15/month (5 properties)
- Portfolio — £29/month (20 properties)
- Professional — £59/month (50 properties)
- Investor — £99/month (100 properties)
Your plan determines how many active properties you can hold. Current prices and plan features are shown in the application and may change; we will give reasonable notice of changes affecting an active paid subscription.
7. Free and paid plans
The Free plan gives you ongoing access at no charge within its property limit. Paid plans are charged monthly in advance as described under “Payment and billing”. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel a paid plan through the Plan & billing page in the application; plan changes take effect as shown there, and moving to a plan with a lower property limit does not delete any of your data.
8. Payment and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment provider. Card details are handled by the payment provider, not by us. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable for the period already paid, except where you have a statutory right to a refund.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then and are not charged again. Cancelling does not automatically delete your data — see “Effect of account closure”.
10. Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the service to manage your own property portfolio. You must not:
- use the service unlawfully or to store information you have no right to hold
- attempt to access another user's account or data
- probe, scan, interfere with or overload the service or its infrastructure
- reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without our written agreement
- upload malware or unlawful, infringing or abusive content
11. Your responsibilities as a landlord
- Making sure the information you enter is accurate and that you are entitled to hold it.
- Having an appropriate lawful basis for entering tenant and occupant personal information, and giving those people the privacy information they are due.
- Meeting your own legal, safety, licensing and tax obligations, regardless of what the software displays.
- Keeping your own copies of documents and records you need to retain.
12. Tenant and other personal information
Where you upload personal information about tenants or other individuals, you are generally the controller of that information and we process it on your behalf as processor. Our Data Processing Terms apply to that processing and form part of this agreement.
13. Your data and the licence you give us
You keep ownership of the content and data you put into MyRentals360. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, transmit and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, back up and support the service, and as otherwise instructed by you. We do not sell your data and we do not use tenant information for advertising.
14. Availability and changes to the service
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and provider outages can affect availability. We may add, change or remove features; where a change materially reduces core functionality on a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.
15. Third-party services
The service relies on third-party infrastructure and payment providers described in our Privacy Policy. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
16. Intellectual property
We own the software, branding, design and all related intellectual property. These terms give you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service while your account is active — nothing more.
17. Uploaded documents and content
You are responsible for the files you upload. We may remove content that is unlawful or breaches these terms, and will tell you where we reasonably can.
18. Backups and data loss
Our infrastructure providers operate routine backups for the platform, but MyRentals360 is not a backup or archiving service and we do not guarantee that any particular record can be restored. Please keep your own copies of documents and information that matter to you.
19. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if continuing would create a security or legal risk. We will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.
20. Effect of account closure
When your account is closed, access to the application stops and your data is scheduled for deletion, other than information we must retain by law. Export anything you need before closing your account.
21. Disclaimers
Other than as expressly stated in these terms, and to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that reminders or indicators will identify every obligation relevant to you.
22. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss arising from your failure to meet a legal or regulatory obligation. Subject to the same, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100.
23. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have in your place of residence.
