About MyRentals360

Most landlords do not run their portfolio inside a single system. Tenancy agreements sit in an email thread, gas and electrical certificates sit in a folder somewhere, rent is reconciled in a spreadsheet, and renewal dates live in someone's memory. It works until the portfolio grows — and then the thing that slips is usually a date.

MyRentals360 was built to remove that risk. Every property has a record, every record has an expiry, and everything that is approaching or overdue is surfaced before it becomes a problem.

The product is shaped around how letting works in the UK: Gas Safety, EICR and EPC certificates, property licences, deposit protection, landlord insurance, assured shorthold and periodic tenancies, rent in pounds sterling, and the paperwork that goes with all of it.

It is designed for private landlords managing their own portfolio — from a single let up to around a hundred properties — rather than for large managing agents.

Simpler and clearer beats bigger. We would rather show one honest number — how exposed your portfolio is today — than bury it in dashboards. Records are never silently deleted; they are archived, so your history stays intact.
