What we have not stated here
We have not published provider legal entity names, group companies, certifications, audit reports or specific international transfer mechanisms, because those facts come from each provider's own documentation and contracts rather than from our application. Where you need them for your own compliance records, contact us and we will point you to the relevant provider documentation.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before, or as soon as reasonably practicable after, a material change to the providers we use, and we aim to give at least 30 days' notice of a new subprocessor that will process customer personal data. If you have a legitimate data protection objection to a new provider, tell us at support@myrentals360.co.uk and we will work with you in good faith; if we cannot resolve it, you may end your subscription.
